1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 09ber, accessing the 09ber website at https://09ber.com, using the 09ber mobile interface, or participating in any game, betting market, or promotional offer made available by 09ber, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 09ber with respect to the Player's use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 09ber platform and not register or maintain an account. 09ber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. The effective date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 09ber platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including any self-exclusion activated on 09ber itself.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 09ber or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

Age Verification

09ber enforces a strict 18+ age policy. During registration, players are required to confirm their date of birth by checking a mandatory declaration. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 09ber will require the Player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires the submission of a valid government-issued identity document, which may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming the Player's current address. Any account where the KYC process reveals the account holder is under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately. All funds in the account will be returned to the originating payment source where technically possible; any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration and Security

To participate in any game, betting market, or promotional offer on the 09ber platform, you must first successfully complete the registration process and hold a verified 09ber account in good standing. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number, and your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT). You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process. 09ber reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided during or after registration.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 09ber account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where 09ber identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that player may be suspended, and any balances or pending bonuses across all accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 09ber login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 09ber immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 09ber will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

09ber supports a range of Bangladeshi and international payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 09ber does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on the 09ber platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer and card methods. Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's 09ber account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 09ber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 09ber within 1 to 3 working hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard business hours or on Bangladesh public holidays may experience additional processing delays. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Currency and Conversion

All account balances, wagers, and payouts on the 09ber platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players who fund their account using a payment method denominated in a different currency may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by their payment provider. 09ber does not apply its own currency conversion markup on transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

09ber offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. The general principles below apply to all 09ber bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the individual offer terms. For example, a welcome bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must place total wagers equivalent to 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, sports betting with odds below a stated minimum, or specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement. Bonus Validity Period

All bonus funds and associated free spins are subject to a validity period from the date of crediting. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each offer is stated in the individual offer terms.

Bonus Abuse

09ber employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting loopholes in bonus structures, using low-variance betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to share or exploit bonuses. Where 09ber determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, 09ber reserves the right to cancel all pending bonuses, forfeit any winnings derived from such bonuses, and suspend or permanently close the Player's account.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

09ber offers a range of game categories including live casino (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slot games (powered by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming), crash games including Aviator (powered by Spribe), and sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market page.

Random Number Generation and Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the 09ber platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that each game outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and fair. RNG systems used by 09ber's game providers are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game reflects the long-term statistical payout rate of that game and is not a guarantee of any individual player's results in any given session.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and sports betting markets on the 09ber platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface before a wager is placed. 09ber reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time and without prior notice, including applying individual account-level limits where warranted by risk management considerations.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure affecting the outcome of any game or bet, 09ber reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. 09ber's decision in such matters is final. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable. Players who encounter a technical issue during gameplay are advised to contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09ber platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 09ber platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using the 09ber platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 09ber platform, its software, or its underlying systems.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment and recreation.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threats, or any other form of misconduct directed at 09ber staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

09ber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 09ber has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The KYC verification process reveals that the account holder is ineligible to hold an account (e.g., is under 18 years of age).
• The Player is found to have created multiple accounts in breach of the one-account policy.
• A regulator, law enforcement authority, or court order requires 09ber to restrict or close the account.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 09ber account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 09ber will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding. Active bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or up to 12 months. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted directly within the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully restricted from all gaming, betting, and deposit activity. 09ber strongly encourages any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life to make use of these tools.
